These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 227bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the 227bet website at https://227bet.onl, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered therein. The following highlights summarise the most important rules; however, all sections below have equal legal force and must be read in full.

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Wallet" / "Account Balance"The BDT-denominated balance held within the Player's 227bet account, comprising deposited funds, winnings credited, and any applicable bonus balances.
• "Bonus Funds"Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by 227bet subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement"The minimum cumulative betting turnover that must be completed on Real Money funds or Bonus Funds before a withdrawal request may be processed .
• "Real Money"Funds deposited directly by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "KYC"Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 227bet before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request by the Platform.
• "Force Majeure"Any event beyond 227bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, or third-party payment provider outages.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to 227bet is strictly limited to eligible individuals. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied for the entire duration of your use of the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. 227bet enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not a professional gambler acting in an undisclosed fiduciary capacity.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold any other active or suspended account on 227bet. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Creating additional accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method information — are accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion or cooling-off period on 227bet or any affiliated platform.
• Own Funds: You are depositing and wagering your own funds. You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party, and you are not using funds obtained through criminal activity or fraud.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

227bet accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladesh-based mobile financial services and banking channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳200 across all supported mobile banking channels. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Processing Time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to the Player's wallet within approximately 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in the Player's account.
• Verified Methods Only: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name and verified under the same identity as the 227bet account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit Limits: 227bet may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the platform level. Players may also request reduced personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming settings in their account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Currency: All transactions on 227bet are processed in BDT. 227bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.
• Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your 227bet wallet, contact support immediately via live chat with your transaction reference. 227bet will investigate and resolve genuine discrepancies within 72 hours.

4 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money funds at any time, subject to account verification status and the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed by 227bet during standard operational hours and are subject to the following terms:

• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Players must submit a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport, along with a selfie holding the document, before the first withdrawal is processed. 227bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. 227bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are transferred within a further 24 hours. Total processing time from request to receipt is generally under 48 hours, though delays may occur due to payment provider outages or additional verification requirements.
• Bonus Wagering: Where a Player's account contains active Bonus Funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement, withdrawal of Real Money funds may be restricted until the wagering requirement is satisfied or the Bonus Funds are forfeited. Players may choose to forfeit Bonus Funds at any time via account settings to unlock withdrawals.
• Right to Withhold: 227bet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Any withheld amounts will be returned promptly upon completion of investigation if no breach is found.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

227bet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and potential account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to withdrawable Real Money. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games, slots, and arcade games may contribute at different rates. Live casino table games and sports bets may have reduced or zero contribution. Full contribution rates are available in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Maximum Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions may cap the maximum amount that can be converted from Bonus Funds to Real Money. Where a cap applies, it is stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse & Manipulation: 227bet employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including bet hedging, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated play between accounts. Any detected abuse will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 227bet is subject to the following general rules. Where a specific game or sport has additional rules, those are published within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: 227bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has begun (where live betting is not offered), bets that exceed account limits, and bets placed on markets affected by technical errors.
• Obvious Errors: Any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds or on a market displayed due to a technical error will be voided regardless of the stated outcome. 227bet's decision on what constitutes an obvious error is final.
• Cricket Betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are offered for pre-match and in-play betting. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Abandoned or postponed matches follow specific settlement rules published in the cricket section.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final once the round is complete and confirmed in the game interface. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the round in question.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake sizes vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. 227bet may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Disconnections: If a Player is disconnected from the platform mid-game, 227bet's servers record the final game state. Where the game outcome was already determined at the point of disconnection, that outcome stands. Where the game was genuinely interrupted before an outcome was reached, the round may be voided and the stake returned at 227bet's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 227bet. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds subject to review, and relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using 227bet for any purpose connected to the conversion, transfer, or concealment of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Bot Use & Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino table games, or promotional competitions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider after funds have been used for wagering. Any verified chargeback attempt will result in account suspension and recovery of the reversed amount from any remaining balance.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly wagering on markets or games displaying erroneous odds, glitched states, or software errors. Any winnings derived from known technical errors are non-payable.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may enable session time reminders that alert them when a set duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any betting or casino activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they are unable to control their gambling may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are closed and cannot be reopened. This is an irreversible action.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic pop-up notifications that display session duration and net account activity as a prompt for reflection.
• 21+ Enforcement: 227bet will request age-verification documentation whenever there is reasonable doubt about a registered account holder's age. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 are immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

227bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 227bet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 227bet — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment method details, and gaming history — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. 227bet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmissions between the Player's device and 227bet servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to 227bet staff in plain text. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 227bet's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Service Availability: 227bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment provider outages, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 227bet is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
• Betting Decisions: All betting and gaming decisions are made solely by the Player. 227bet provides no investment advice, betting tips, or guidance. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's wagering decisions.
• Third-Party Links: The 227bet platform does not link to external third-party websites. However, in the event that any third-party content is referenced, 227bet accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or content of any external resource.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a provably verified game or system malfunction that affects an active bet, 227bet's liability is limited to returning the affected stake to the Player's account. No consequential, indirect, or speculative losses are compensable.

11 Amendments, Suspension & Termination

• Right to Amend: 227bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification within the Platform or by email where a valid address is held. The updated Terms take effect from the date of publication at https://227bet.onl/terms-conditions.
• Continued Use: Your continued use of the 227bet Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
• Account Suspension: 227bet may suspend any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other activity that poses a risk to the Platform or other Players.
• Account Termination by Player: Players may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting 227bet support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC if not already completed.
• Account Termination by 227bet: 227bet may permanently close an account for material breach of these Terms. In such cases, Real Money balances may be withheld pending investigation. Balances derived from Bonus Funds or from activity in breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 227bet, the following process applies:

• First Contact: Players should raise any dispute in the first instance by contacting 227bet support via live chat or by email at support@227bet.onl. 227bet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
• Escalation: Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the Player and 227bet agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
• Language: All dispute communications shall be conducted in English. Documents submitted in Bengali will be accepted but an official English translation may be requested.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 227bet with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements.
